Senior Knowledge and Information Officer – Information Lifecycle Operations

Job description

To coordinate and supervise the overall implementation of the organisation’s Knowledge Management and Records & Information Programs, including policies, procedures and retention schedules, as to comply with evolving cyber security, privacy, data retention laws, regulations to ensure information assets are managed and reduction or mitigation of risk, facilitating evidence- based decision making

Education required

Degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Information Sciences, Library and Information Management, Records Management or equivalent.

Experience required

  • At least four (4) years post qualification experience in Records management with understanding in Records management procedures, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS); with two (2) years hands – on experience managing organisational knowledge and records management systems.
  • Experience in Knowledge Management will be an added advantage.
